Reiki and Kind Conversations

These sessions are a combination of Reiki and talking, tailored to the individual.

The client can talk about whatever is on their mind. The practitioner practices active listening, honouring the clients feelings and interests.

Honest and deep conversations are very welcome.
Big feelings are ok
The space will be calm and peaceful

Reiki is a beautiful gentle practice suitable for everyone.

The client remains clothed, and comfortable; sitting or lying down
The practitioners hands hover over the client's body
The practitioners hands also go directly on the clients clothed body
Sometimes intuitive massage is used, usually on hands on feet

- Sessions available 1 to 1M at home and in care settings

Reiki and Blessings

This is a beautiful option for those who cannot, or choose not, to talk. Reiki and energy healing to help soothe and bring comfort, and blessings on the space to help bring peace.
